Madras High court has put several building violators in trouble. Builders who
have violated the construction rules while building homes are said as building
violators. The state government has appointed a group of members to find out
structures that have violated the rules and regulations. Suddenly, the
government started working at full fledge towards this announcement since a new
set of guidelines were introduced earlier on June, 2014 by the government which
stated clearly to take actions against unauthorized buildings.
